You're responsible for the plans and names you add. Don't add anything unlawful, hateful or meant to harm someone. We may delete plans that break these terms.

These terms apply when you use This Date Works at thisdatework.com.
Using This Date Works
- Anyone with a plan's link can pick days. You don't need an account.
- To sign in, you must be 13 or older, or 16 where the law asks for it.
- Parents and other adults may type children's first names on a plan.
Invites
- Invite only people you know who expect to hear from you.
- Links, phone numbers and our own name can't go in plan names or your name.
- We limit how many emails each organizer can send, and we pause email invites after complaints.
Your account
You can delete your account any time in Your account. Your saved people, groups and calendar connections are deleted. Plans, names and days stay.
The service
We work to keep This Date Works running, but we can't promise it never fails. It's provided as is. Check the date with your group before you book anything.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll put the new version on this page.
